BEAUTY | Tips to volume thin hair

I'm a girl with very thin hair, but with the years I got my spin for volume them up. And I found out that it's not only a question about products. So here are my 5 tips for you that worked well on my hair:

1. eat healthy
it's so important. many products like peanuts or spinach also contain biotin wich makes the hair grow stronger.
2. wash your hair every second or third day
I know that especially thin hair need to be washed often because it gets oily very fast. So I use dry shampoo or baby powder instead and you will see that they are more cacthy so you can style them way better. It also makes my hair very voluminous. I always carry some baby powder in my bag.
3. i'm not even using a volume shampoo
I'm using a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner because thin hair also splits very often at the end and is also very  uncomptable.
4. sleep with a top knot
it pushes the hair over the night
5. use as few products as possible.

    1. Yes, it means a bun :)

It don't use any hairdresser, only if its very neccessary. But in summer I avoid it completely.

      Warm regards

I've noticed too that wearing a bun at night gives nice volume to my hair.
